Terms & referral disclosure (draft)

Clarksville Fence Pros is an independent referral/matching service. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform, supervise or guarantee work. Independent providers set their prices and are solely responsible for licensing, permits, insurance and workmanship. We may receive compensation from providers for introductions; this does not cost homeowners anything. Cost figures on this site are third-party planning ranges, not offers.

Draft — requires legal review.
